Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming Saudi Arabia’s entertainment landscape, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Commercial to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving commercial strategies and managing key partnerships that contribute to our vision of creating a world-class entertainment and cultural destination.

The Manager, Commercial will be responsible for overseeing a range of commercial activities, including the development of business models, negotiation of contracts, and management of commercial relationships that align with the overall objectives of Qiddiya. Your expertise in commercial analysis and strategic negotiation will be critical in maximizing revenue streams and enhancing the financial sustainability of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the organization’s objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities and partnerships in line with Qiddiya's vision.
  • Negotiate contracts with partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Conduct commercial analyses, including market assessments and financial forecasting, to guide decision-making and strategy development.
  • Manage relationships with external parties, acting as the primary contact for commercial inquiries and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial objectives are understood, communicated, and achieved.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on commercial performance, including revenue forecasts, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential impacts on our commercial strategies.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a related sector such as entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex contracts and partnerships.
  • Proven ability to conduct financial analyses and prepare forecasts that drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
