Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Project to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives within our ambitious entertainment and cultural development. In this pivotal role, you will lead project management teams, ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals, and foster a culture of excellence across all project phases from conception through to completion.
The Senior Manager, Project will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and maintaining stakeholder engagement. Your extensive experience in project management, along with your ability to navigate complex challenges, will be integral to achieving our vision and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to enhance project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure effective utilization of funds and outcomes.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that issues are addressed proactively.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare progress reports for senior management, highlighting key milestones and potential roadblocks.
- Mentor and develop project management team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, MS Project).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate project challenges effectively.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
