We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to enhance our team, focusing on the planning, design, and implementation of innovative landscape solutions across our projects.
In this role, you will support the creation, development and management of public realm projects, ensuring that all landscaping aligns with the company's vision and enhances the overall experience for residents and visitors. You will work closely with architects, planners, and various stakeholders to develop landscape plans that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive landscape plans for various projects, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and aesthetic objectives.
- Supervise the implementation of landscape designs, collaborating with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Assist in the procurement and management of consultants in their delivery of public realm projects
- Assist in the management of consultants in their production of public realm planning documents such as, place and pattern books, guidelines and design manuals,
- Develop and manage project budgets and financial forecasts relating to landscape expenditures.
- Conduct site assessments to assess the environmental impact and recommend sustainable landscaping practices.
- Monitor landscape projects throughout the construction process, addressing any challenges and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and community representatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior landscape staff, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in landscape design and sustainability.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in landscape design and project management, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Minimum of 3 years in design leadership roles on major multi-disciplinary MENA projects
- Proficient in landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of plant materials, landscape construction methods, and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated experience leading landscape projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices in landscaping, including water-efficient designs and native planting.
- Familiarity with the local landscape, ecology, and environmental considerations is a plus.
