POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst with expertise in Odoo ERP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing Odoo-based solutions to enhance our business operations. In this role, you will work closely with the finance department to identify their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and leverage Odoo's diverse range of applications to streamline processes. Your responsibilities will include managing internal stakeholders, conducting business process analysis, configuring Odoo modules, providing user training, and ensuring seamless integration of the ERP system with existing business workflows. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement using Odoo ERP
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific organizational needs
• Develop and implement Odoo-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the Odoo system
• Manage data migration from legacy systems to Odoo
• Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
• Stay updated on Odoo's latest features and best practices to optimize system performance
• Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of Odoo implementations
• Coordinate with Odoo developers to create custom modules or extensions when necessary
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
• Assist in project planning and estimation for Odoo-related initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Odoo environment
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for Odoo integrations
