Assess submitted loan applications and accompanying documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to the required standards.
Draft contract terms for clients, clearly communicate their responsibilities under the agreement, and address any questions or concerns
Utilize loan management software to systematically record and track all loan applications and related documentation.
Verify that all loan applications align with the company’s financial policies, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Detect and report any suspicious transactions or decisions to the team leader to ensure strict compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Credit Officer or in Sales Operations, preferably in the microfinance or banking industry.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrates precision in work and consistently meets deadlines.
Exhibits excellent time management skills to optimize productivity.
Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in work outputs.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
