IT Technical Support

We are currently seeking an IT Technical Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in an IT support role and must hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, or ITIL will be considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
