Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage plans and procedures related to all university employees
- Follow up and manage departments in the Human Resources Department
- Prepare performance evaluations in all colleges and departments of the university
- Maintain the company’s organizational charts
- Prepare the required reports
- Review monthly salaries
- Supervise and review recruitment processes and select candidates according to the required criteria
Academic Qualifications:
- A university degree that matches the job
- Preferably studies in human resources
Academic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the job
Skills And Personal Traits:
- Communication skills and the art of dealing with all employees.
- Leadership and supervision skills.
- Quick wit and action to solve problems.
- Good appearance and speaking.
- Time management and the ability to complete tasks in the fastest time
- Good and effective communication
- Ability to use human resources systems
- Use of Microsoft Office programs
- Good knowledge of English
