This position acts as a key strategic partner to regional leadership, enhancing financial success while aligning with business objectives.<\/p>

· Internal: AMEC Regional Finance Director, VP AMEC, All Country Managers across the region, Project Managers in Middle East & Caspian, Shared Service Centre, Head of AMEC Treasury.<\/strong><\/p>

· External: Auditors, Banking Institutions, Tax Advisors.<\/strong><\/p>

Overview:

·       The Regional Finance Manager oversees the financial operations of Middle East & Caspian, ensuring effective management of budgets, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. This role serves as a strategic partner to regional leadership, driving financial performance and supporting business objectives.

·       Internal: AMEC Regional Finance Director, VP AMEC, All Middle East & Caspian Country Managers, Middle East & Caspian Project Managers, Shared Service Centre, AMEC Treasury Head

·       External: Auditors, Banks, Tax Advisors

Essential:

  • Qualified Accountant through one of the Internationally recognised Institutes (ICAS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 5 plus years of experience in financial management, preferably in a regional or multi-location role (Middle East & Caspian preference)
  • Industrial Services background with Project Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
