- Develop intricate schematics and device layouts tailored to customer-specific control systems utilizing ePlan P8 or AutoCAD.<\/li>
- Upgrade existing systems with new control technologies.<\/li>
- Guarantee adherence to the organization's internal protocols and safety regulations.<\/li> <\/ul>
- Provide comprehensive documentation such as IO Lists, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Safety requirements, as well as perform calculations for short-circuit and voltage drops, electrical device layouts, panel layouts, detailed schematics, and tailored reports including [Bill of Materials (BOM), interconnection diagrams, cable schedules, etc.].<\/li><\/ul>
متطلبات الوظيفة
- 3+ years of experience
- Education: Electrical power and machines graduate or similar
- ePlan or AutoCAD experience is essential, experience in both is a plus
- LV electrical networks design [Short-circuit/Voltage drop calculations, protection selection, cable sizing]
- Industrial field bus systems design experience (Profilbus, Profinet, Modbus … etc)
- Knowledge of drive technology
- Basic knowledge of Siemens/AB/Schneider PLC systems
- Details oriented, high level of ownership, organized and excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Safety systems [Failsafe PLC controllers/IO, safety field devices, PL/SIL … etc]
- Working knowledge of Safety of machinery standard EN ISO 13849 is a plus
- Working knowledge of Continuous handling equipment and systems EN 619 is a plus
