ABOUT YOU
To play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our telco partners in Egypt and North Africa. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, optimizing account performance, and identifying new business opportunities within your key accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders in the business, ensuring seamless communication as the primary point of contact for all customer-related queries.
- Client Meetings and Reviews: Conduct regular meetings and strategic reviews with clients to assess their evolving needs, business objectives, and market dynamics.
- Market Insights and Opportunity Identification: Continuously monitor industry trends and market changes, proactively identifying opportunities that can drive innovation and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Revenue Growth & Up/Cross-Selling: Identify and act upon opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services and content offerings, enhancing the value proposition to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Account Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead negotiations, renewals, and amendments for contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with all business and legal standards.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and others) to integrate new partners, launch services, and drive cross-departmental initiatives.
- Growth Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with the Partnership team to develop and execute growth strategies within assigned accounts, driving long-term business expansion.
- Campaign Development: Partner with the internal Marketing team to design and implement client acquisition and engagement campaigns, optimizing the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Regularly monitor account performance through key metrics and KPIs, offering insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely receipt of reports and facilitate the reconciliation process with the Finance team. Monitor and drive the collection process to meet financial goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on NTRA requests and local regulatory guidelines, ensuring the business adheres to industry regulations.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company as a Brand Ambassador at community events, trade shows, and other business-related forums, promoting products and services to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Regional and International Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required to manage key accounts and business opportunities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Planning and organizing with demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Salesforce
- Fluent in Arabic & English, French is an advantage
