Head of Valuation (RICS)

We are seeking a skilled RICS Certified Valuer to join our Commercial Department in Dubai, contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic and fast-paced organization.

As a RICS Certified Valuer, you will provide professional, accurate, and comprehensive valuation services for a variety of commercial real estate properties. Your expertise will guide clients in making informed decisions while adhering to the highest industry standards and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Property Valuations:

○      Perform detailed valuations of commercial properties in compliance with RICS standards and UAE regulations.

○      Prepare high-quality, well-documented valuation reports for internal and external stakeholders.

●      Client Engagement:

○      Develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of clients, including investors, developers, and corporate entities.

○      Offer expert insights and advice on property market trends and valuation results.

●      Market Research:

○      Conduct in-depth analysis of local commercial real estate markets to gather relevant data.

○      Keep abreast of trends and factors influencing property values in Dubai and the UAE.

●      Compliance and Ethics:

○      Ensure valuation practices are in strict accordance with RICS standards, local regulations, and company policies.

○      Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions.
