Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to address them effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on new products, services, and promotions.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Create detailed sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Use CRM software to track and document all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and industry events to stay updated on trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
