What You Will Bring

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree
  • Min 2-4 years of experience in the HSE Construction field.
  • Very good verbal and written skills (English)
  • Holds certificates of Specialist training, OSHA, IOSH (NEBOSH IGC is a plus).
  • Good communication, decision making, teamwork and presentation skills.
  • Good computer skills; Experience with Microsoft office, Excel and PowerPoint.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement CBRE Excellerate & the client’s HSE Management systems.
  • Conduct daily inspections and safety walks to send feedback to HSE manager, department managers on improvements identified to reduce risk in the designated facilities.
  • Conduct HSE training to raise the capabilities of team.
  • Oversee all site construction and other relevant activities.
  • Prepare regular risk assessments throughout the required facilities.
  • Prepare and Ensure all HSE reports are submitted on time as per the required deadlines.
  • Monitor all personal in the workplace on safety rules implementation
  • Ensure the implementation of the work permit system.
  • Inspect all manual handling, working at heights, electrical tools and any related-on site tools are in working condition and up to CBRE Excellerate standards.
  • Follow up all contractors work and permits.
  • Participate on Accident/Incident and Near-miss investigations and prepare relevant reports.
  • Track environmental metrics and waste segregation and disposal.
  • Communicate and liaise with governmental bodies and local authorities to ensure HSE compliance with national regulations.
  • Complete all Project related documents and ensure the implementation and compliance on site.
