We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Identify and report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain high hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning areas for events or meetings, if required.
- Adhere to company policies and UAE health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cleaner, Janitor, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Basic understanding of English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or Arabic) is an advantage.
