Qiddiya Investment Company, a visionary leader in the development of entertainment and leisure destinations, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, support, and strategic direction to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on a wide range of issues, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.
- Assist in dispute resolution and manage litigation processes as necessary.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the company.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Oversee the legal compliance of organizational policies and procedures.
- Advise senior management on legal implications of business decisions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on legal issues as needed.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the construction or real estate sectors.
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in legal research and analysis tools.
