Description:
JASARA PMC is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Advisor specializing in Rail Transportation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and support for rail transport projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibility will encompass the evaluation of project feasibility, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
As a Project Advisor, you will act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance project outcomes. Your experience in rail transportation will be instrumental in delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations aimed at optimizing project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate project feasibility and conduct risk assessments for rail transportation projects.
- Provide strategic advisory support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather insights and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with local and international rail transport standards and regulations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Assist in the stakeholder management process to effectively communicate project goals and updates.
- Monitor project developments and provide timely feedback to project teams and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulations to provide informed insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project advisory roles focusing on rail transportation projects.
- Strong understanding of rail transportation systems, operations, and industry best practices.
- Experience in feasibility studies, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of local and international rail transportation regulations and standards.
