We are looking for a dedicated professional who can oversee quality assurance processes, conduct thorough inspections, and ensure compliance with stringent standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans that align with project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- Identify defects and non-conformance, proposing effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to uphold quality processes.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including reports, records, and checklists.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and innovations in quality assurance practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience of 10 years or more in quality engineering within roads.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
