About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Supervisor/Manager. As a Partnerships Supervisor/Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the team of Partnerships Executives in acquiring, managing, and retaining key merchants across various B2C market sectors. You will play a crucial role in meeting Dsquares' KPIs, building strong relationships with existing merchants, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the partnerships team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Acquire new partnerships with merchants to secure exclusive offers and promotions
- Act as the main point of contact between the partnerships team and other departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Provide regular reporting of team performance, partnership initiatives, and progress to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute strategic plans to meet targets and objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
