MDM Developer.

Master-Works is seeking an experienced MDM Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing master data management solutions to ensure the highest levels of data quality and governance within the organization. You will utilize industry-leading tools and frameworks to manage data effectively and align it with business objectives.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Informatica MDM tools such as Informatica MDM Hub, Data Director, and Data Quality (IDQ).
• Data Modeling: Design and develop comprehensive data models that accurately represent master data entities and relationships.
• Data Integration: Integrate MDM solutions with various enterprise systems (CRM, ERP) to maintain data accuracy.
• Configuration: Customize workflows and business rules in Informatica MDM to meet business-specific needs.
• Data Quality Management: Implement strategies for data cleansing and enrichment to uphold data quality standards.
• Governance: Establish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Migration Management: Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems into the MDM framework.
• Performance Optimization: Tune the MDM systems for optimal performance and reliability.
• Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to validate the functionality and effectiveness of MDM solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation and user manuals to support system maintenance and user comprehension.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Training: Provide training sessions and support for end-users to promote effective use of the MDM solutions.
