LAWAZEM is in search of a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will play a critical role in shaping our company's workforce and ensuring that we hire the best candidates who align with our values and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer branding strategy and promote LAWAZEM as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
