Assistant Manager - Engineering Design Solutions (COR 502)

In this role, you will support the engineering design processes, ensuring that innovative and efficient solutions are delivered for our projects.

Responsibilities

• Information Management: Actively collect, validate, and organize relevant data and documentation from various sources, including internal teams, external stakeholders, and digital platforms.
• BIM/VDC Support: Collaborate closely with the BIM/VDC Manager to ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Data Management: Implement robust data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security. • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with stakeholders at all levels within Qiddiya to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and address any information-related concerns.
• Knowledge Management: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team, promoting the effective use of information resources.
• Support Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of BIM and digital tools to improve project workflows and delivery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of engineering design strategies that align with project goals.
• Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Stay updated with advancements in engineering technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals.
