Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in innovative entertainment and real estate development, is looking for a skilled and proactive Manager - IT Risk Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive IT risk management strategies to safeguard our information systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks, thereby enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the IT risk management framework and policies in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks related to information technology.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to address identified risks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into system design and operational processes.
- Monitor, report, and advise on the effectiveness of risk management activities.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to manage IT threats.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and trends in IT risk management to proactively address potential issues.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT risk management, information security, or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT).
- Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
- Certification in risk management (e.g., Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Risk Management. Professional (CRMP)) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
