As a Dispatch Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, assigning drivers, and monitoring order status. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule delivery routes based on order volumes and driver availability.
Assign and dispatch drivers to specific delivery locations, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor order status and delivery progress, proactively addressing any delays or issues that arise.
Communicate with drivers and provide them with all necessary information, including delivery instructions and customer contact details.
Maintain accurate records of all delivery activities, including driver logs, delivery reports, and customer feedback.
