IT Technical Support

We are currently in search of an IT Technical Support professional. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, demonstrating a solid understanding of technical problem-solving. Candidates are preferred to have an associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, and ITIL will be considered advantageous. A strong command of both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
