We are looking for a Client Acquisition & Training Program Manager to spearhead business expansion and oversee the operations of training programs. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new clients, crafting customized training proposals, and guaranteeing effective training session delivery.
Client Acquisition & Engagement:
- Identify and engage new business prospects by reaching out to organizations and individuals in need of training solutions.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits to present training services.
- Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions and maintaining their satisfaction.
Training Offers & Proposals Preparation:
- Draft and present comprehensive training proposals aligned with client needs, covering objectives, content, duration, and logistics.
- Tailor training offers to meet specific client demands, ensuring all components align with their expectations and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential information and resources for proposal development.
Training Program Operations:
- Manage daily operations of training programs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work in coordination with trainers, external partners, and locations to schedule and organize training sessions.
- Confirm all logistical details, such as materials and technology, are arranged for effective program facilitation.
- Assess the progress of training sessions, ensuring objectives are met and suggesting areas for enhancement.
Client Meetings & Follow-ups:
- Organize meetings with prospective and current clients to evaluate their training needs and propose solutions.
- Analyze client requirements, recommend suitable training programs, and offer informed guidance.
- Conduct follow-ups post-meetings to finalize agreements, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Generate regular reports detailing sales actions, client interactions, and training program results.
Relationship Building & Networking:
- Cultivate strong ties with current clients to promote ongoing collaboration and repeat business.
- Engage in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to broaden the client network and enhance the visibility of the training services.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in training, sales, or client management roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of training program design and delivery.
- Proficiency in digital tools for proposal development, client management, and meeting coordination.
Personal Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
