Role Overview
The incumbent will be instrumental in designing Data Strategy solutions that effectively cater to the organization's needs. Additionally, this role may encompass planning the implementation of these solutions in collaboration with product owners.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and interpret new requirements, transforming Data Business Requirements into Technical Solutions through data engagements with business stakeholders.
• Execute the technical Solution Design and provide ongoing support to Product Owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Data Warehouse tools proficiently to address various needs of the bank, delivering successful and operational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all changes and activities during all implementation phases.
• Ensure ethical data handling while complying with company policies, internal controls, data protection laws, and relevant national or industry standards.
• Spot opportunities that foster process efficiency or improvement and develop business proposals to effectively communicate and implement these changes.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Familiarity with statistical tools and analytical technologies

• Background in Business Analysis and Solution Design
• Capability to identify trends, assess variances, and highlight exceptions, risks, and opportunities
Domain Knowledge:
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred
• Previous banking experience is advantageous
• Participation in major Data projects is a plus.

•Ensure all changes and activities are documented accurately and maintained throughout the implementation phases.
•Ensure data is handled ethically and all processes are undertaken in compliance with company policy, internal controls, data protection legislation and relevant national / industry standards.
