JASARA PMC is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Control / Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of large-scale projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers and teams to maintain accurate timelines and track project progress, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to project budgets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying potential delays and risks, facilitating timely corrective actions. Your expertise in project scheduling tools and methodologies will be instrumental in achieving project goals and milestones.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls and scheduling within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with cost control and risk management is a plus.
