About the Role:

As a Partnerships Manager - KSA, you will play a vital role in acquiring, managing, and nurturing key partnerships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with merchants while driving strategic initiatives to meet the company's objectives in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with key merchants to enhance Dsquares’ offerings.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with Dsquares' goals.
  • Develop partnership proposals, negotiate contracts, and formalize agreements that provide value to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize partnership performance and drive mutual growth.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize the potential of partnerships in the KSA market.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management roles.
  • Experience in the loyalty programs industry or related sectors is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
