BlackStone eIT is in search of a talented Senior TAMM Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior TAMM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions using the TAMM (Targeted Application Modernization Methodology) framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that optimize application performance and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using the TAMM methodology, ensuring best practices and standards are followed
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines
- Develop and maintain documentation for designed solutions, including user guides and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on TAMM best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in application modernization and development methodologies
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on application modernization and TAMM
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of web services and APIs (RESTful and SOAP)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of best practices in application architecture and design is highly desirable
