Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and coordinating office space.
- Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures to improve workflow and organizational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between departments, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure that the office environment is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity, addressing maintenance issues as they arise.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions, handling logistics and details.
- Maintain organized administrative records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, managing time-off requests, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and demands in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
