IT Infrastructure Section Head

You will be responsible for

Ensure proper installation, configuration, and operational procedures for servers, hardware, peripherals, and storage, while adhering to governance policies and standards

Supervise preparation for system integration and infrastructure setup to align with IT enterprise architecture

Analyze and assess the impact of change requests on IT infrastructure and provide technical recommendations

Supervise testing of IT infrastructure components to ensure they meet performance standards

Conduct periodic reviews to optimize infrastructure and systems for maximum performance and productivity

Provide expert support in resolving infrastructure incidents to ensure high availability and reliability

Work with external vendors for advanced support and timely resolution of complex incidents

Develop and oversee backup and recovery plans, ensuring reliable operations of backup processes and media

Perform Other Activities As And When Required

You will need

At least 8 years of experience in in relevant field

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent is preferred

تقديم الدعم الخبير في حل مشاكل البنية الأساسية لضمان التوافر العالي والموثوقية

العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة للحصول على دعم متقدم وحل الحوادث المعقدة في الوقت المناسب

تطوير وإشراف على خطط النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد، وضمان عمليات موثوقة لعمليات النسخ الاحتياطي والوسائط

أداء أنشطة أخرى حسب الحاجة
