Ontime Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in the service industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management systems that ensure our services consistently meet client expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure quality principles are incorporated into operational processes.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality management processes and best practices.
- Prepare quality reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison with clients and stakeholders regarding quality assurance issues and initiatives.
