YOUR TASKS:
- Answering customer calls and inquiries ensure customers bookings and traces are actioned as per network standards and provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for customers
- Drive to identify, understand and give high priority to customer needs. Anticipating and providing solutions to internal and external customers in a helpful, friendly and honest manner.
- Working effectively within a team or outside the formal line of authority to accomplish objectives. Demonstrating understanding of how own role fits within DHL
YOUR PROFILE:
Education
High school education or above.
Experience
Preferable 1 year experience on Customer service
