Join Qiddiya Investment Company as the Manager Experience Centre Operation (Sales & Leasing), where you will provide exceptional leadership and management for our experience centres. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and leasing operations, ensuring that customer experiences align with our vision of creating a world-class entertainment destination.
You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while optimizing operational efficiencies within the experience centre. Your strategic insights will guide the development of innovative sales and leasing processes that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the experience centre, ensuring a high level of service delivery and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and leasing initiatives to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that embodies our values and delivers exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the experience centre’s reputation and reach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that effectively attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to sales and leasing activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Continuously assess market trends and competitor offerings to inform operational strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for management detailing sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
