Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and data-driven Senior Manager CRM to join our Sales & Leasing Performance Unit. In this pivotal role, you will leverage customer relationship management systems to enhance our sales and leasing strategies. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our clients, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth within our dynamic portfolio of entertainment and leisure offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with Qiddiya's sales and leasing objectives, enhancing customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales and leasing processes.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to integrate CRM insights into promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate, secure, and accessible to relevant departments.
- Train and support team members on CRM tools and best practices to ensure effective usage across the organization.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, sales performance, and overall CRM effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on CRM performance, insights, and recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies to ensure Qiddiya remains at the forefront of customer relationship management.
