Qiddiya Investment Company is in search of a highly skilled Manager of Strategic Market Intelligence to join our Performance Unit focused on Sales & Leasing. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage market data and insights to drive sales performance and optimize leasing strategies across our diverse portfolio.

As the Manager of Strategic Market Intelligence, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market intelligence related to sales, leasing trends, and competitive dynamics. Your insights will inform strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements, enhancing Qiddiya's competitive position in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the sales and leasing sectors.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track sales performance, occupancy rates, and leasing activity, providing actionable insights to improve asset performance.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze data from various sources to generate insights that inform business strategy and decision-making in sales and leasing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and leasing teams to align strategies based on market intelligence and performance trends.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations based on market insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the flow of market intelligence and support for strategic objectives.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance market intelligence capabilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or other business intelligence software).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying insights to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset with a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends and applying new technologies.
