Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and analytical Manager Quality Assurance for our Performance Unit in Sales & Leasing. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales processes and leasing services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes specific to the sales and leasing functions within the Performance Unit.
  • Conduct thorough quality assessments of sales and leasing transactions to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to define quality metrics and establish clear performance standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance the skills of sales and leasing personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to maintain quality standards.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the department by identifying opportunities for enhancing processes, systems, and employee engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the quality performance of sales and leasing activities and present findings to senior management.
  • Implement audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality practices and develop corrective action plans where necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in quality assurance in sales and leasing, and contribute to implementing relevant standards.
