Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and innovative Senior Manager for our Online Academy within the Performance Unit for Sales & Leasing. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of an online learning platform that enhances the skills and knowledge of our sales and leasing teams. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the company’s objectives and driving performance through effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the execution of an engaging and effective online learning program tailored specifically for the sales and leasing divisions of Qiddiya.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and create targeted training solutions that drive performance improvements.
- Develop, curate, and maintain high-quality educational content including videos, training modules, assessments, and supplementary resources.
- Utilize modern educational technologies and instructional design methodologies to enhance the online learning experience.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training content is aligned with current market trends and business strategies.
- Lead the development of a community of practice among participants to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Manage budgets and resources related to the Online Academy, ensuring efficient use of funds.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of any external instructional designers or subject matter experts as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on sales, leasing, or customer service-related training.
- Proven experience in managing online learning platforms and developing e-learning content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
