Senior Manager Training Academy - Student Experience (RES432)

Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing the entertainment and lifestyle sector in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Manager of the Training Academy - Student Experience (Sales & Leasing) to enhance the learning journey of our sales and leasing teams. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of training programs that focus on improving the customer experience and driving sales performance in our residential and leasing operations.

Your expertise in training and development will play a critical role in equipping our teams with the skills they need to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs that improve the student experience, focusing on sales techniques, customer relations, and product knowledge in the sales & leasing domain.
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs and customize programs to address specific gaps within the teams.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish training objectives that align with Qiddiya’s strategic goals and enhance team performance.
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions, employing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
• Manage the logistics of training delivery, including scheduling, materials preparation, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with the sales and leasing departments to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and new training methodologies to keep programs innovative and effective.
• Prepare reports and presentations on training outcomes and program efficiency for management review.
