Qiddiya Investment Company is a pioneering force in the development of transformative entertainment and leisure experiences in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Systems Manager for the Performance Unit - Sales & Leasing. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and management of systems that support the sales and leasing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize systems related to sales and leasing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, enhance system capabilities, and ensure smooth integration with existing processes.
- Train and support end-users on system functionalities, fostering a user-friendly environment.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance sales and leasing operations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding system performance and recommendations for enhancements.
- Act as a key point of contact for all sales and leasing system-related issues and requests.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing systems in a sales or leasing environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and leasing processes and related software systems.
- Proven experience in system implementation and optimizations, with a focus on user experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and other sales-related software systems is a plus.
