As a Manager in the Digital Operations team, you will be in charge of operating our digital products within the different running projects. This includes collaborating with different cross-functional teams to deliver the product operations scope within any project.
Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Build a full and comprehensive understanding of each digital product and how to operate it.
- Lead the contracting and scope definition stages of any project.
- Participate in kick-off meetings in order to capture client expectations and ensure they are met.
- Operate the different digital products to deliver the project scope.
- Manage different teams to deliver the agreed upon digital products scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the digital products operations scope and to ensure the right resources allocation and utilization.
- Provide product feedback to improve the customer experience and increase business value.
- Onboard clients and different stakeholders on the usage of different digital products.
- Resolve any conflicts and issues arising during project delivery.
- Track project performance and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and to clients.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation. Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruptions and optimize outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and internal teams. Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product operations processes and practices. Identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
