Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as Manager - SAP SuccessFactors (SF). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic alignment of our SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring that our HR systems effectively support our organizational growth and workforce management objectives.
Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our HR practices through the SAP SF suite, developing solutions to improve employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of our HR function.
Responsibilities
- Very good understanding of Employee central and the integration points with Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience in SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center and has at least 1-2 implementations.
- Very good experience in Integrating Employee Central and Central Payroll + S4H for Employee and Org Structures Replications.
- Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workaround to cases that do not have a standard solutions.
- Very good Communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic.
- Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA.
- Designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Comprehensive SuccessFactors implementations, encompassing project scoping, requirements gathering, system configuration, and go-live support, with a focus on seamless deployment and integration.
- Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations.
- Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments,
