Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are capable of operating with minimal supervision. They work within guidelines and procedures in order to prepare more complex, specialized or ad-hoc reports in their related field. They contribute to the completion of milestones or operational targets within the assigned functional area.
They undertake operational activities including assessing investment opportunities’ risks, implementing investment plan, and reporting on performance.
Job Resposiblites
- Perform research and understand global financial market, KSA economy, general current events, and revenue generating platforms to assess investment opportunities and risks
- Identify and assess investment opportunities and risks and discuss with concerned internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the decision-making process of investment, analyze and negotiate investment term and ROIs by setting up clear actions and objectives
- Develop detailed initiatives and investment plan to ensure systematic implementation of investments
- Identify partnerships based on understanding the organization requirement /strategic directions of investment
- Implement investment plan and partnerships’ activities including negotiations, contracts administration, land renting activities, etc.
- Implement real estate investment activities through following-up on payment compliance, monitoring occupancy rate, implementing procurement process, reporting on performance, monitoring contracts and services compliance, and handling investment relations
- Monitor the performance of current investments, prepare reports highlighting status, develop exit strategies, and recommend corrective/ improvement recommendations, if / when needed
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent is required

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
