Manager - Application Operations ( COR 204 )

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as the Manager - Application Operations (COR 204). In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our applications, ensuring their reliability, stability, and continuous improvement to support our organizational objectives.

As part of the management team, you will lead a group of IT professionals, enhancing the performance and efficiency of our application portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operation and manages service Engineering Applications team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and
• objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Application Design & Delivery and product development, to identify and implement application
• solutions.
• Guide the strategic adoption of emerging technologies and tools that optimize engineering processes and productivity.
• Interface with business stakeholders & Application D&D to ensure a smooth transition process to operation.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering applications, including design, implementation, integration, testing, and support.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability, making continuous improvements to existing applications.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the quality of third-party software providers and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and governance processes.
• Manage integrations and establish a process for it with the help of governance.
• Participate in the planning and execution of projects related to engineering applications, ensuring a smooth handover process
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) application performance and availablity across all application.
• Manage day-to-day tickets with the managed service and ensure thin-layer intervention for quality assurance and reports. -
• Supervise the selection and implementation of an APM solution that covers all applications needs and ensures monitoring is going up to the level of
• transaction of the service/application.
