In this critical role, you will provide essential support to patients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and overall health status
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
• Support nurses in carrying out care plans and treatment protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the home environment
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
