We are looking for an experienced Internal Use Project Manager to oversee and lead critical internal projects that drive operational excellence and enhance organizational performance. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure project objectives are met, resources are allocated effectively, and timelines are adhered to. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our internal initiatives align with our strategic goals and deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope, schedule, and resources.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
