JASARA is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Lead for Completion to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and quality control activities during the completion phase of projects. Your role will involve implementing quality management strategies, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA/QC processes within the construction industry and a proven track record of leading completion projects successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC efforts during project completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Develop and implement quality control plans specific to the completion phase
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify potential quality issues
- Collaborate with project teams to establish quality benchmarks and performance indicators
- Review and approve completion-related quality documentation
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality outcomes
- Provide training and mentorship to QA/QC team members

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a focus on completion in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Certifications in quality management or related fields are highly desirable
