The Construction Director at JASARA PMC is a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing and coordinating high-value construction projects, driving them to successful completion while fulfilling the strategic objectives of the organization. This individual will ensure that all aspects of construction management, including engineering, design, and execution, are handled efficiently and effectively.

The Construction Director will be tasked with delivering exceptional service to clients by leading multidisciplinary teams, implementing innovative construction solutions, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive construction strategies and plans.
  • Manage and coordinate a multi-disciplinary project team to achieve project objectives within time and budget constraints.
  • Oversee the construction process from initial planning through project delivery, ensuring compliance with all quality, health and safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client communications, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Contribute to business development by participating in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and resource allocation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 25 years of experience in construction management, with a significant focus on large-scale projects and programs exceeding billions in value.
  • Robust understanding of various construction methodologies, contract frameworks, and project delivery systems.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with proven experience in managing diverse teams in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing successful strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development within the construction industry.
  • Commitment to promoting health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and agility in various project settings.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience Constructions in GCC or KSA Preferred.
