POSITION OVERVIEW
The Performance Media Executive is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing performance digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable results, such as lead generation, sales, and ROI, through paid media strategies while staying within budget and aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in managing campaigns across multiple channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for various channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Conduct market and audience research to inform media planning.
2. Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Set up and manage media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams for engaging visuals.
- Ensure proper tracking by implementing tags, pixels, and conversion events.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creative assets for optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and engagement metrics.
- Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance effectiveness.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign data to assess performance against KPIs.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on attribution models and incorporate findings into performance reporting.
4. Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Allocate spending across channels based on performance and strategic priorities.
5. Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep campaigns competitive.
