A company is looking for a Chief Accountant.
The Finance Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. The primary responsibilities include:
Supervising the Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements and Analysis:
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with established deadlines.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of statutory audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary support during audit engagements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly tax filings.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and direction to the finance team on a daily basis.
- Oversee activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient cash management practices.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Experience from 8 : 10 years
- Bachelor of commerce, English section is recommended
- Field of experience, telecommunications field with external audit background will be preferred .
- English language is a must
- Excel knowledge is a must
- General accounting knowledge is a must .
- General Taxes knowledge is a must .
- General External audit knowledge is recommended.
